As discussed AP WP is again ready to hire in Vietnam.

Normally we look for 5 years + experience and we offer PRL International expat positions to selected candidates…. and in the past these were typically SFP and GFP level guys.

This year we are targeting

1. Open Hole Field Engineers: Min 2 year experience (should not be trainees) should have done at least 1 year of Rig hitches doing all types of Open Hole jobs. Degree candidates ONLY.

a. More than 2 years’ experience would be preferred

b. International experience (if any) shall be preferred

c. Capable of doing both Open Hole & Cased Hole jobs would be preferred

d. Diversity shall be preferred

2. Electronics Maintenance Engineers: Min 2 year experience (should not be trainees) Degree candidates ONLY.

a. More than 2 years’ experience would be preferred

b. International experience shall be preferred

c. Capable of doing Maintenance on both Open Hole & Cased Hole tools would be preferred

d. Diversity shall be preferred

3. New hires from reputed colleges: First Division, Engineering graduate, Electrical/Electronics/Control system engineering, Petroleum Engineering

a. Any form of Training / Internship in Oil Field would be preferred

b. Diversity shall be preferred

Posting:

Experienced personnel anywhere in Asia Pacific. New hires shall be posted in Kemaman, Malaysia. Both experienced and new hire personnel should be willing to travel and relocate as desired by company.

Salary:

Asia Pac Regional Salary structure for Regional Pool …. We will either follow Tue example (hire in VN payroll and ISTAA to other country) or follow Dao example (directly hire to Malaysia payroll). Once they have more than 5 total years of oil-field experience they shall be entitled to International Expat salary structure and posting
